3. Client Health Information:
- Skin Conditions and Allergies: The Client agrees to disclose any skin conditions, sensitivities, or allergies to products. The Makeup Artist will use this information to avoid using any products that may cause adverse reactions.
- Health Policy: If either the Makeup Artist or the Client becomes sick with a contagious illness (e.g., flu, COVID-19), the appointment must be canceled or rescheduled. Both parties agree to notify the other as soon as possible if they are unwell.
4. Fees and Payments:
- Pricing: The fee for the makeup application services is [Hourly Rate/Session Price/Other Pricing Information].

8. Amendments: This Agreement may be amended only by a written document signed by both parties. Any changes must be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before they take effect.
9. Termination:
- By Either Party: Either party may terminate this Agreement with [specify notice period, e.g., 7 days] written notice.
